Ingredients
4 slices of bread
150g sliced roast beef
1 cup fresh rocket
1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the bread slices to your preference.
Step 2
Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each of the toasted bread slices.
Step 3
On two slices of bread, add the sliced roast beef and sliced tomato.
Step 4
Top the beef and tomato with fresh rocket.
Step 5
Cover with the other slices of bread.
